Rx Kids is a transformational effort to address child poverty and child health. Consistent with practices in other countries, and increasingly in other American cities, Rx Kids seeks to address a fundamental and structural cause of health disparities through the provision of unconditional monthly cash allowances to Flint kids in early childhood. Project scope and start date will be dependent on funds garnered.

Since then, millions of children have fallen back. In the last weeks of the 117th session, Congress should prescribe the return of the expanded Child Tax Credit.
